- "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that are not within the scope of their professional activity.
- "Order form": document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them with a "double click" to bind them.
- "Order": act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and OKSA GREEN TECH Company to deliver them.
- Product
All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.
OKSA GREEN TECH reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog, without prior notice, and can in no case be held liable to compensate or cancel an order due to the impossibility of using the purchased product for reasons of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
- Placing an order
After finding the product(s) you are interested in, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by pressing "continue shopping".
When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the "pay" order button.
In case of an error on your part when entering your order, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours; after cancellation of the order by OKSA GREEN TECH, you can reorder.
- Prices
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams, including all taxes.
- Order execution
The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following the day the Consumer placed their order.
In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
They will then have the choice to request either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or an exchange of the Product.
- Delivery
Delivery is not provided by OKSA GREEN TECH; the customer will collect their goods at the delivery address indicated on their Order Form.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to OKSA GREEN TECH within one day.
The Consumer can, upon request, have an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer,
– In Morocco and abroad, they are based on the rates of XXXX for registered mail.
– Our prices are inclusive of tax and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
– The cost of transport for your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
– It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability, after receipt of your payment.
In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you by registered post.
Any delays shall not give rise to damages, order cancellation, or refusal to accept delivery.
- Payment method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by OKSA GREEN TECH on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is carried out on the day following the delivery confirmation date.
Your payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees OKSA GREEN TECH that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by them, when validating the Order Form.
In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer, between OKSA GREEN TECH and its banking institution, apply.

your order and is treated confidentially.
You have a right to rectification regarding your data.
You may receive advertisements from OKSA GREEN TECH unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.
- Cancel an order paid by credit card
- Right of withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods remain at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect resalable condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be reimbursed.
- Warranty
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material flaws. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of return of material found not to be defective, transport and handling fees may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of OKSA GREEN TECH constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and OKSA GREEN TECH.
- Force majeure
OKSA GREEN TECH is only bound to perform its obligations insofar as no force majeure event hinders them.
